The Toyota Connect is a on-going email campaign driven by data, with an emphasis on delivering education and empowerment to Toyota owners. This campaign received a silver Reggie award for Data Driven Strategy in 2025.
The goal is to ensure every communication mirrors the diverse journeys, milestones, and adventures customers embark on daily. I worked to build a vast email module library with flexible layouts so that content could be dynamically populated, while still maintaining brand consistency. Each module was carefully crafted to ensure it met the highest possible accessibility standards, while still standing out in recipients crowded inboxes. Results show that recipients generate more than double the revenue compared to owners who aren't subscribed.
Parts & Service
A bi-monthly communication focussed on providing Toyota owners with helpful tips and tricks to maintaining their vehicle. Each email is highly personalized and packed with dynamic content that is specific to the vehicle they own. Owners can expect useful reminders like when their next service date should be booked or how to check if their tires need replacing.


Brand & Sales
Subscribers also receive promotional emails featuring the latest vehicle launches and exclusive offers. Each message is tailored based on the recipient’s current vehicle, showcasing models they’re most likely to be interested in. Designed to be highly visual, these emails build excitement while offering a clear, high-level look at the standout features of each vehicle.
